“Together, we listen for what the body has carried — and begin to remember what it’s ready to release, transform, and reimagine. In this remembering, we restore not only self-connection, but a felt belonging to life itself — to the great web of existence that holds us all.”

Individual Intensives

About Intensives/Chapters

I offer somatic intensives both online and in person. These sessions are designed to support a rhythm of familiarity and consistency — so we can be in real-time presence with each other, allowing what wants to emerge to unfold without compression or rush.

This format arises from a desire to offer more spaciousness and depth. It allows us to meet not only the story or symptom, but the deeper patterns beneath — with time to track, integrate, and tend.

How the Chapter-Based Model Works

The core of my work has shifted into a chapter-based model, which invites continuity, integration, and deeper relational attunement. Rather than single, standalone sessions, each chapter includes a minimum of two connected sessions:

  • 2 x 60-minute sessions on the same day

  • 2 x 60-minute sessions on consecutive days

  • 2 x 60-minute sessions within the same week

This structure creates the conditions for deeper unfolding, somatic continuity, and repair at the level of timing and rhythm — so often disrupted in trauma.

Intensive / Chapter-Based Possibilities

The “maximum” is simply whatever my schedule allows. Some individuals choose more immersive experiences, such as:

  • Multi-day intensives with me (in person or online), incorporating Somatic Experiencing, somatic touch, movement, dreamwork, and time with the horses or in nature.

  • Clustered sessions across several days — for example, three 2-hour sessions in one day, or back-to-back sessions across a weekend.

  • Collaborative intensives, where your time is bundled to include sessions with other trusted practitioners on the team — including other forms of body work, physical therapy, occupational therapy, expressive arts, grief tending, or medical consultations if needed and wanted.

While this format can feel more immersive, most people are actually engaging in fewer sessions across the year — with greater spaciousness between chapters, and different ways of being with what arises in between.

This work moves at the pace of trust. With room to breathe, we listen for what’s ready — and let it unfold in its own time.
